They lead the guided tours and make sure that their protégés have fun and enjoy the tours. You will meet Heidrun, Ralf and Jörg every sunday on the market in La Frontera.

Ralf is your tour guide for your E-Bike vacation, is the contact person for the rental and the good soul who makes sure that you spend carefree hours on your holiday and on the bike. Ralf has over 20 years of experience as a hiking guide on El Hierro and knows one or two secrets of the island.

You might come across the milk producer in the picture and her numerous conspecifics on your bike tours to the Dehesa in the west of the island or on the high plateau of San Andres.

Our philosophy: El Hierro is the only Canary Island that is both a World Biosphere Reserve and a UNESCO Geopark!
Over 50% of our island is a protected area. Both, we and our guests who rent one of our e-bikes respect this in order to preserve this unique nature and to be able to enjoy it now and in the future. That's why we attach great importance to the fact that our e-bikes are only ridden on roads and forest tracks. Official hiking trails (with the exception of forest trails), also known as single trails by mountain bikers, are taboo for us with the bike, here we dismount, lean our bike and enjoy e.g. the magic forest La Llania on foot and then a fantastic descent back into the valley El Golfo by bike.
